    SmartShip is a program Modere created to help you conveniently replenish your lifestyle essentials. Products on SmartShip will arrive at your doorstep automatically each month on the day that you choose. For example, if you know you will need Modere Mineral Supplement and Modere Shampoo every month, SmartShip automatically creates a new order for you and ships you your product according to the selected date.   • How Can I Modify a SmartShip Order?

    To modify your SmartShip order login at and then select my account. Then click on SmartShip Profiles.   • How do I cancel my SmartShip order?

    To cancel your SmartShip order login at and then select my account. Then click on SmartShip Profiles and remove all the items. You can also call a Modere representative at 1.877. MODERE1 (663.3731) to cancel or modify your order.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    Modere offers a 30-day, 100% full refund guarantee on all Modere products, minus the cost of shipping.

  • How do I return an item?

    Return or exchange any Modere item in just three simple steps:

    1. Package your return securely. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice.
    2. Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.
      • Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date you received your order.
      • Please do not combine orders for return; only one order per package.

  • My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

  • How can I qualify for free shipping?

    By creating a SmartShip order with at least 8 unique items, you’ll qualify for a 15% discount as well as free shipping.

  • How much will it cost to ship my package?

    A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 is applied to all orders. Due the increased rates during peak holiday season by UPS and other couriers, Modere has temporarily increased flat shipping to $8.24 from 11/15/2020-1/16/2021. As always, SmartShip orders with at least 8 unique items qualify for free shipping. Thank you for shopping with Modere.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Due to extremely high demand, please allow an additional 8-10 days for order processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
